    When making a call using an internet phone, there is an environment where calls can be made only when both calls are made in advance. In such an environment, a call is made after an appointment of interconnection through a public telephone network (PSTN). By the way, when the connection time is not immediate, for example, a time orally promised in advance at an arbitrary time such as a few hours later, the user should check this and directly access the server.
    Therefore, in the past, if the user cannot verbally make an appointment with the other party through the PSTN, the user cannot even make a call using the Internet phone, and even if the Internet connection through the PSTN is not immediate, the user can remember the time and directly contact the server. There is a cumbersome problem to connect.
    Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a method capable of solving the above-mentioned conventional problems.
    Another object of the present invention is to register a call to the other party to the server through the PSTN, even if you do not make an appointment for the server to know about the call to hope through the search for the caller later In providing.
    It is still another object of the present invention to provide a call dictionary reservation method that enables a user to remember the time and access the corresponding time even if the user does not immediately access the Internet through the PSTN.

    In the present invention, an Internet phone making a call through the Internet network as shown in FIG. 1, the Internet phones (a-1) and (b-1) of the transmitting and receiving side, and ISPs (a-2) and ( b-2) and the database systems (a-3) and (b-3) managed by the ISP, the PSTN switching network (d-1) and (d-2), and the Internet network (c).
    The automatic connection according to the call request reservation using the apparatus of FIG. 1 is performed as follows. In this case, the sender located in the Internet phone (a-1) of the sender intends to promise the Internet connection to the receiver of the Internet phone (b-1) of the receiver through the PSTN networks of (d-1) and (d-2). If a prior appointment cannot be made due to the absence of the receiver of (b-1), the operation of the caller of (a-1) making a call reservation with the phone of (b-1) will be described first. In this case, the sender registers in advance the ID and time of the receiver to make a call reservation in the database (b-3) of the ISP (b-2) connected to the other party's phone.
